Steak and fries on the Mmax

It has been months since I've posted, I have been really busy with work and my farm and sadly haven't had much time to egg. Anyway simple meal on the mini max, frozen fries and a NY strip. It was really good and man I've missed egging!

Thanks! @slovelad the fries got crispy, not as well as deep fried but still good. I just did them indirect as if I was going to cook them in the oven.Durham, NC
