Self-Serve Mongolian BBQ

My wife suggested getting things together for a self-serve Mongolian BBQ and this is how it played out.

The chicken thighs and the flat iron steak were bought fresh from the butcher. I put them in the freezer for a bit to firm them up a little to make it easier to slice it up. Worked out nicely.

    Good idea.  How cool would it be if you had one of those gas griddles out on your deck!  Oh, if I had the deck space I'd get one....
