sure.  super simple it just requires a bit of patience or planning ahead.  500g flour, 1tsp salt, ¼ tsp active dry yeast and 350g water.  mix dry ingredients and add water.  mix with hands or wooden spoon until you have a shaggy ball.  cover bowl with plastic wrap and let sit at room temp for about 18 hours.  makes 3 pies
