We just finished eating brats from the egg................but I did not stop long enough for pix.............. -

I am a Milwaukee native - our recipe is as follows:
Brown the brats on the egg to your preference
Simmer on the stove or egg in a pot full of beer and onions for at least two hours. Make for some very tasty brats and some wonderful onions to put on them!Morse Lake - Indianapolis, IN Large BGE + Cyber-Q
