I don't cook breakfast on the Egg - I cook eggs for breakfast.

I find it easier and faster to cook breakfast on the stove or in the oven.  I did add leftover grilled salmon to scrambled eggs this morning. Just don't see any advantages to firing up the Egg for the breakfast items that I make.  I am curious what items others cook for breakfast that the Egg is the best tool to use.
    Southeast Florida - LBGE
In cooking, often we implement steps for which we have no explanations other than ‘that’s what everybody else does’ or ‘that’s what I have been told.’  Dare to think for yourself.

Never felt the Egg was a good tool for breakfast, unless you're doing a quiche or casserole of sort.

That is what the Blackstone is for.

I have a round Griddle Q and love cooking bacon, sausage, eggs and toasting muffins on my LBGE. I keep the lower vent closed except for an inch, so the coals don't get to hot as I am opening the lid every couple of minutes to flip the food. Yummo!
