Easy Quick weeknight dinner
Options
Had some bs chicken thighs leftover, were on sale (0.79) lb, so I decided to season and marinate them quick and throw them on the egg with some asparagus. Quick and easy, might not be the prettiest or most difficult cook, but it's cooks like this that make the egg stand out. Chicken on the egg is amazing, my girlfriend wouldn't ever eat chicken before I made this purchase!

That looks great. If i only had one part of the chicken i could cook it may be thighs - cheap, tasty and hard to overcook!!!XL BGE & Mini - CT USA
