OMG - my first Eggtoberfest!  I had a great time and came home with the Demo Package!  The pulled pork tacos at the 2015 Stone Mountain Eggtoberfest were fabulous.  Does anyone have the recipe!

I make tacos with regular pulled pork and they are awesome!  I suppose you could dress it with a mex sauce, but I find that good salsa and toppings of choice are a winner

I didn't find that recipe from Eggtoberfest 2015.  When I searched I only found recipes for the top 3 contest winners.

We made a pulled pork taco for Eggtoberfest this year. Do you remember seeing orange t-shirts like my profile pic?

If so, here's what we used:

flour tortilas (warmed on egg)
pulled pork
crumbled queso fresco
pickled shallots (did a quick pickling liquid with sugar, evoo, Asian red wine vinegar and water)
salsa verde
sour cream
