Shrimp tacos rock! Smart use of the accessory for direct cook on shrimp, I always waste time skewering them or losing them in the grate lol.

@GalanteNate_OneEa I pick those up at the local grocery store, they are usually about $1 each and are meant to be disposable but I find I can get 4 - 6 uses usually.  Very handy for small items that would otherwise fall through the grates or need to be skewered.

The mesh screens work perfect on shrimp, delicate veggies, etc  I even folded one up to make sort of a makeshift open box to smoke and roast nuts in. The tacos look great!  Bet those hit the spot

@slovelad - I buy the mesh screens, I get them at a local grocery store (HEB here in Austin, TX), they are about $1 each.  They are meant to be reusable but they seem to hold up to 4 - 6 uses just fine.
