Jerk Chops

Spent a couple of weeks away from home and the egg.   It was practically euphoria to smell the smoke when I started her up.   I did up some thick pork chops with a pouch of jerk seasoning my buddy brought me back from the Bahamas.    

It was like some sort of opiate high I felt so good after eating this.
