Shipping Lump

For you folks that order lump in bulk - how many bags are on a pallet? If I order from Firecraft, or even if I negotiate with a local retailer for a different brand, I'm thinking about just having a pallet delivered. It should be handled less and consequently have fewer crushed pieces. 
Any thoughts or advice?

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
