Simple Sunday Supper

Worked in the yard picking up leaves most of yesterday & a decent amount of today so I needed a simple supper. 

Dry brined the chicken for 3hrs, dusted with DP Dizzy Dust & Tsunami Spin and cooked indirect @425° with some white oak & cherry. Romaine was spritzed with EVOO and dusted with DP Pineapple Head and the beans I opened the can and heated on the big silver clock in the kitchen. All I got was one pic.

Simple is Ramon noddles ... that's not Ramon noddles!  But, for an invite, I'd not squabble about semantics.

Question: dry brine as in cover in salt and leave on the shelf in the frig?

You got it.  If time allows I will sprinkle with about 1 1/2-2tbls of course salt on the bird and let it sit for about 2-3hrs.
