That's way cool...Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Wow! The ribs are killer, but wow, BAKED ALASKA! You're a winner in my book. Pretty cool.

Now that's a dessert that looks like something from a fairytale. Fantastic! Recipe, please!

The recipe is pretty simple. For temp I used 325f dome.
To mould the sorbert I used two spoons
I had to buy a piping bag but if you don't have one you can use a plastic bag bottom tilted on a 45° trim a bit of the corner and cut two small triangle notches in the bag (I googled this).
To cook the meringue I got my Komodo screaming hot and cooked for a minute or so and used a torch for finishing touches. The meringue acts as an insulator for the sorbet. Here is the recipe http://www.cakebossbaking.com/recipes/strawberry-shortcake-baked-alaska/ -
