Way to go. That snapper looks good and paired with some really nice shrimp. Nailed it!

Haven't tried Snapper on planks yet. You've peaked my interest. Nice work man

Using the plank on the snapper sacrificed crisp skin for smoke that permeated through the bottom.  It came out great, but next time around I think I'm gong to use cast iron (that should work, right?).

@HendersonTRKing Yes Sir. That's how I've been doing the Snapper (skin on) is on a CI pan or skillet and have been real pleased with the texture. Nonetheless these look real good!
