Pork butts

it has been a while since I cooked some pork butts. Yesterday was the perfect fall day in Atlanta so I drove over to RD and picked some up. Going with my typical NC theme, cooked over rockwood, hickory and oak at 250 for 12 hours. Pulled at 185 for chopping. More pics to come when we eat.

Looks good to me. I didn't get started till this morning so mine's going around 315° for eight hours give or take.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.
