OT: are you experiencing PayPal withdrawal problems? : OT

I am and have written to PP. First I got a canned reply essentially saying "here dummy is how you do it" which p*ssed me off! I wrote back saying I know how to, but their system isn't working. Then I received an updated reply saying they are aware of it and are working on it. Well 2 days later they still don't have it fixed. Just a heads up if you were having problems!

PP is just like our Illinois Lottery - they keep raking in the money but are giving IOUs to winners in excess of $600. Nice little scheme!

Now, as to your problem, maybe the PayPal folks have decided that Illinois residents handle their finances like our politicians do ... thus, they've cut you off.

Thank you for your reply, @johnnyp! In a PM you told me you last withdrew on Monday and my problems with PP started on Wednesday. Then like I said - PP has acknowledged they have a problem and are trying to solve it.

I've used EBay and PayPal for probably 6-8 years but took a long break for a year or two and was pretty annoyed with their new "21 day policy." I wish PayPal had some competition.

I stopped using paypal and started using venmo.
