    Sorry brother Orman, I was away when you posted, how high did you fill the egg when you started?  Should have brought it up to the top of the fire ring.  I would open the vents and drive it up.  Worst case, pull the butt, wrap in foil and add more lump, leave the meat in the oven until the egg settles back in.
