Mini on ebay

Just found this on ebay.  Looks to be still in the box so if it is not registered would it be able to be warrantied?   Not to bad of a price if that is the case.  To bad I have a little Kahuna or would think about it.  Only 5 hrs left on it.

No warranty and 350 after shipping....I got mine for 215 on CL.
