Mike, that looks so good! Do you remember the sodium count? Most ham is way to salty for me... I miss ham. :(
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

i can look next time, they have 5 or 6 different hams from honey to hickory with natural juices added, spirals, half spirals, whole, butt, shank etc. this one was hickory with water added marked 25 percent less salt but i dont know what thats rated against. the aldis hams are marked with their logo, appleton. its not as salty tasting as a carando or cooks by comparisonCarolina Q said:Mike, that looks so good! what's the tent for?

egrets recipe sits in the fridge with a drippy paste overnight plus its injected with sticky maple syrup, the tent keeps things from sticking to it and removing the paste as it sets up. as it sits on the table before cooking it would make a killer fly trap without the tent as wellDarby_Crenshaw said:what's the tent for?
