Looks good. Meat market here had prime rib die 3.99 a lb. I missed the sale due to being out of town. Really want to cook one of these.Augusta, GA

@flexfusion the grill was at 250ºF and the Internal was at 134ºF since I did not know what the guest would like. If it was for myself and the family I usually take it out at 126ºF. This was almost a 3 hr cook!
