Deep dish pizza and stuffed peppers

Watching the Packer game today, having some beers and relaxing on a great WI Fall day. It was a great day...

Parboiled the peppers and had on indirect heat at 425 for about 25 minutes. Stuffed with as followed:  Orzo, sweet Italian sausage, diced tomatoes, garlic, onion, and pepper jack cheese. 

Deep dish pizza with pepperoni, sweet Italian sausage, and fresh mozzarella 

Oshkosh, WI (home) and Kangaroo Lake - Door County, WI (cottage)

Tasting and brewing beer; cooking outside year around (even in Frozen Tundra temperatures); and living the life is better at the lake style.  Go Pack Go & Life is good...
