I can say I've had same results with just ordinary everyday ribs. I will say they were very moist and tender but would not go out of my way to get them again. Had to try them to see for myself. They do come trimmed and ready to go to the grill with no effort. Was a sucker when I saw the sale when buying there pork belly for bacon next weekend.DoubleEgger said:Looks good.
