Great Time at Jefferson, TX Eggfest

I had a great time meeting a lot of eggheads, @Hotch, @Spring_Chicken, @Spring_hen, @eggobsessed, @nojokesmoke . The food was awesome as always. Jefferson, TX is a fun little town.

We had great weather this year. More than doubled the amount of money raised last year for the Carnegie  Library in Jefferson TX.
Sold all the demo Eggs and more. 
A big thanks to all the Jefferson Library supporters, National Wholesale Supply and Paragon for all of the hard work to make this a great Eggfest. We will be back next year and hope more cooks signup and more tasters share in the fun.

On behalf of Jefferson Carnegie Library, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to all the wonderful, generous cooks who made our second Jefferson EggFest a success.  We probably tripled our number of attendees and doubled our net income compared to last year.  We would love to have more cookers next year.  Jefferson is a wonderful town - relaxing atmosphere, historic sites, cute shops, and close to Caddo Lake.  A great tourist destination.
