Flank Steak Stir Fry BGE/Wok and Fried Rice on The Blackstone

Flank steak stir fry is what I call the dish on the Large BGE tonight.  

Cut up flank into 1-2" pieces and marinade in a couple tablespoons of soy sauce, cracked pepper, garlic, ginger, lime zest, and juice of 1/4 of lime.  Set aside for a couple hours.  

Red pepper, red onion, white onion, and green onion for veggies.  

Sauce:  3 TBS soy, 1-2 cloves garlic, fresh ginger (1tsp), 2 TBS brown sugar, green onion, rice wine vinegar.  

Thickening agent - 2 tbs. cornstarch, couple TBSs water, and beef flavor.

Fried rice was on the Blackstone.  

2 cups Jasmine rice, dried for a few hours.
Cabbage
Red onion
Red pepper
Carrots
Eggs
Chicken
Pork loin
Soy sauce
