  • I cooked direct at 250 for 1 hour and 10 min, flipped them after 45 min. Didn't use any wood but used a basic salt and pepper dry rub.

    Sauce recipe came from my dad and consisted of A1, butter, favorite hot sauce, salt, pepper and garlic (deleted the recipe so don't have measurements anymore unfortunately). Heated it up in a small pan until it blended and later thickened.
