Pork loin sliders

Tried some grilled pork chop sliders on the KJ Jr.  this evening.  OMG.   

Ingredients: thin grilled pork loin, crisp bacon, jalapeño Jack cheese, fresh tomato, lettuce, on a buttered and toasted bakery bun with rich mayo.  The sIde dish was brown sugared smoked baked beans, with sweet onion and bacon crumbles.   To drink was a bourbon and coke (a couple of them :) )
