Nothing fancy. Not sure of their pedigree, just steaks out of the freezer.
XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys

Steak out of freezer - check. Steak in belly - check. Perfection Doc! I like the sour cream on my taters as well. I'd belly up to that plate any day. You must have had a kale smoothie for the veg? Sure.
