It seems everytime I cook spare ribs, I tend to overcook the leaner end. I have a MBGE so I have to cut the ribs in half to get them to fit.
The thicker end always comes out great and juicy. The smaller end always gets overcooked or slightly burnt.

The rear of the egg is hotter than the front. Putting the thicker ends towards the back should help.XL BGE; Medium BGE; L BGE

On my medium I either cut the rack in half, or I roll them. I prefer to roll them. That solves the problem for me.
I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

Both good tips. Going to have to try a different method.

Stop burning the thin ends.
