Sausage, mushroom, and pepperoni, 
 

With a bit of the last of the season fresh Basil tossed on at the end. 
 

Crust is crunchy, pretty thin, and perfect. So good.

.....and did you let the skillet get hot before you put the pizza in or did you make the pizza in the skillet and then put in the egg cold?  Any non stick spray in the skillet?

500-550 on temp, I'd guess around 20 minutes. Prepped the pizza in the pan oiled with a tablespoon or 2 of olive oil. Full recipe is here:
