Very difficult to get the perfect burger down on the egg but I'm getting close.

Onion bread
Colby Pepperjack cheese
Applewood thick cut bacon
85/15 beef and 1/2 pound patties

Burgers can be a little trying on the Egg.  Looks like you're dialing it in though.

@Rebhanmh looks great to me. What state do you live in? I've never seen brick spaced the way it is on your house, I'm used to the seams splitting the center of he brick, your is very far offset from center.
