Boston Butt
14.5 hours for this 9 pounder. Had to bump temp from 200 to 250 last two hours to bring her home. Pulled off egg when IT hit 195*, a little early but I waited until last minute literally!

The dome temp was 214, I've always cooked at 200ish so just a habit I work with. Plus I make myself have plenty of time. I know how to cook under a crunch so when I can go low and slow it's pretty easy.LBGE
