Always thought Scotch Eggs looked good, but never tried them, until tonight. Boiled some eggs, bulk breakfast sausage from the local grocery with a good meat dep't., and a few shakes of DP Happy Nancy. Indirect on the Mini, 300ish...
Then took out the stone and browned them up a bit...
