Operation BBQ Relief (OBR)

I am not sure how many of you know about OBR, but they respond when tragedies happen and feed people and give help how ever they can to people who have lost a lot and need anything to help out.  I have met Stan Hays who is the organizer of OBR and he is a very friendly person and will take time to talk to you about anything especially anything  BBQ.  I met him at my dealer after he had done a cooking class for them a month or so ago.  I wanted to go to it but couldn't that day.  He gave me a lot of great advice on BBQ and was easy to talk to.  He was on Chopped Grill Master this summer and did that to let people know about what OBR does.  He was runner up on Chopped.  It is on Youtube here is part one of four.

As @DMW has said in another post, OBR has mobilized to South Carolina to help feed people in need who have lost a lot this week.
