+1 on the Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage for gravy. That's my preferred. I also toss in some red pepper flakes and ground ancho for a little kick.Richmond and Mathews County, VA. Large BGE, Weber gas, little Weber charcoal. Vintage ManGrates. Little reddish portable kamado that shall remain nameless here. Very Extremely Stable Genius.

I make cornbread all the time. Love it with pulled pork and briskey. In my mind, it ain't good q unless it is served with good cornbread! I will drizzle a little bbq sauce on my cornbread and eat it that way. Love it.Steve

A fine looking breakfast. The gravy looks awesome.
