New Egghead from Mexico

Hi guys, new BGE XL owner from Mexico.

I have to show off by telling you that I picked up my egg directly from the factory in Monterrey Mexico.

THE EGGHEAD SHRINE!!!
Got the opportunity to see the production ovens, packaging, shipping, all the works!! No pics allowed though

I just noticed in your very first picture, on the very far right, a piece of paper that says 'Promotional, No BGE Warranty' .. what's the story behind that, if you don't mind me asking.

Porsche owns their factory, I'd imagine. BGE doesn't. I'm surprised they had the metal components there.

Porsche owns their factory, I'd imagine. BGE doesn't. I'm surprised they had the metal components there.

Sales from factory are only for Daltile (factory name) employees and family.

factory sales and pickup are only for manufacturer employees. ;-)

that's the thing about employee sales, no warranty :-(
