So if it's Thursday it must be cauliflower. SWMBO bought a gorgeous, large head at the farmers market and it deserved special treatment.
I've done this Pure Wow recipe in the oven and thought it was a candidate for the Egg. 90 min indirect at 400*.
Bottom line: still crunchy in the middle. Next time either lower temp and longer, or same temp and raised indirect for less time.

Never done this. Looks good though.
We like making cauliflower rice with florets. Could probably do it after egging it too.LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL -
that's my new way of doing it, too! I cheat and use Bolt House ranch yogurt dressing with some DP curry-ish. YUM!Lovin' my Large Egg since May 2012 (Richmond, VA) ... and makin' cookbooks at https://FamilyCookbookProject.com

Chip - how do you do it (direct/indirect, temp) and how do you test for doneness?

Season the head...cover in ranch dressing...then hit it with more seasoning and chili pepper flakes and indirect till it is nicely colored...awesome and easy.Lbge and MiniMax in Southern Manitoba

As far as doneness...its ready to eat raw so it all depends how you like it...indirect in a pie plate for at least 1/2 hour...probe it until you like the level of crispy/softness.Lbge and MiniMax in Southern Manitoba

We cook them a lot. Best to steam them first them smoke.

it's not egged, but have you tried cauliflower mash?? steam it and then put through the food processor with a bit of butter and some baby bell garlic cheese until it has the consistency of mashed potatoes. Very yummy. I suppose you could egg it then process it
