Taste of grass-fed beef

in Beef
The first time I tasted grass-fed beef (which we raised about 8 years ago), i thought the steaks were pretty gamey and tough. The hamburger was very good and lean. Over time I developed a taste for grass-fed (like rare tuna).
Most people do not understand how to cook it correctly. Grass-fed is leaner and you don’t need to cook it as long. It gets nasty if you cook it over medium. quả óc chó
Not all grass fed is raised correctly (or eats grass their whole life). To me, corn-fed has a bit of a sweet taste.
Our concept is to deliver our beef and also help feed the hungry folks in our country with donations and volunteering — we’re http://www.KindBeef.com
on the River Watch Ranch in Colorado.
