First time on BGE Baby Back Ribs

Wish I had more pics to share. This is three full racks of baby backs weighing in at almost 11lbs before cooking. I used the 3-2-1 method, even though I know the '3' is for Spare/StL style - these were just extremely meaty. I maintained 350f for six straight hours. Indirect. 6 chunks of Cherry wood. Costco Rib Rub.
I can honestly say these were the best ribs I've ever had. I hit a home run with the entire family and still have some left
over.
Thank you to everyone here who helped me figure out how to do this!

I prefer hickory for ribs, but they do look really tasty.
