JR's Texas BBQ Sacramento Chili Recipe

OK, to my brethren and sis'tren in Sacramento. I need a copy-cat recipe for JR's Texas BBQ Jailhouse Chili. I am braggin' to my wife about how good it is, but I've been gone from the area for several years, and can't just bop down there to get some. So I can't show her without a recipe.

Anyway, I have some left-over brisket (Aaron Franklin style) that I want to put to good use. JR's chili was (and is, I am sure) unique and dang spicy. So does anyone even know what I am talking about? And if so, do you have a knock-off or copy-cat recipe?

Thanks in advance.
