Chicken, Ribs and more....

So what to do today.... Watched TGSA Volcom Surf Contest...Kids did well in small surf.  
Home to cook.

So how about some ABT.  I have started cutting the bacon in half long wise, Makes a skinny strip and seams to wrap a little better.  Jalapeno's, Cream Cheese softened and Dizzy Pig Jamaican Fire Walk, mixed in.  Cut the Jalapenos in half, fill wrap and dust again.

Beef Short ribs, cut thin, dusted with Rudy's Rub.  ( I really like this on beef ribs.)  

Egg, at 325, oak chips for some light smoke.. time to cook the ABT''s
