Flameboss Glitch?

I think my flameboss just had some sort of glitch. The pit probe seemed to be working fine but then as soon as the fan ramped up/turned on its temp started going crazy. It would spike up to "HI" then go up and down. I thought the probe might be toast, which would have been upsetting since this is only about the 5th use. I took it out, inspected, wiped off, changed location on grid, etc. Same issue every time. Then I thought maybe it isn't the probe, but the controller. Cycled power and it came back up and is working like a champ. Anyone else ever had this happen?
