I'm going to Costco later to pick up some ribs for a cook tomorrow. No time to order Dizzy Dust or anything like that. Does Costco sell any decent/recommended rubs? Any rubs to stay away from at Costco?

I have only tried the Kirkland Signature steak rub, which was excellent on steak/beef.
Someone mentioned that they sell their own rib rub/bbq seasoning and it got favorable reviews.

Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
I think their rib/butt rub is a great value. Especially for bulk cooking.XL,L,SWinston-Salem, NC

Their Sweet Mesquite is good, though I haven't seen it in a while at mine.

I got "pork barrel BBQ all American seasoning and rub" there. It's not spectacular but it's solid. No sugar so it doesn't burn, and the price is right.Chicago, IL - Large and Small BGE - Weber Gasser and Kettle

Not gonna find them at Costco but you may consider ordering @MeatChurch Rubs
Get the 3 pack.
1- Honey Hog
2- Honey Hog Hot
3- Deez Nutz Pecan
I will be using these 3 tomorrow. They are awsome.

I have started just creating my own. Take recipes found on Al Gore's amazing Internet and tweak them to suit your taste. We go to a local Amish mkt and get a lot of our spices from them - you get more and is less expensive. I always like finding really good smoked paprika.

Bobby Flay's rib rub with some thyme added is the way to go.LBGE
