Morning All:
The much better half doesn't get back until Saturday so today it was wings on the menu...brined for about 2 hours, then on to a 225 Egg indirect...used three different Dizzy Pig rubs...upper left is Shaking the Tree, upper right is Bayou-ish and bottom is Pineapple Head...
Over the next 90 minutes the temp climbed to about 325, held at 325 for another 30 minutes and now ready to come off...
Very moist meat and extra crispy skin...laid out the same as on the Egg...
And a close-up of the Pineapple Head wings with the Bayou-ish in the background...
Just finished eating a couple of each rub and they were DELISH!

Morning bgebrent:
Thanks...I like all three rubs (which is why I used a mixture), but Pineapple Head is probably first (can't wait to try some wings with the new Game On rub).
Have a GREAT day!
