Caution:  When buying eggcessories from BGE you should be aware that they do not always stock replacement parts for the items they sell.  Case in point: their wireless thermometer.  On most all of these type thermometers the probes are VERY sensitive and will easily fail if you are careless.  This means you will most likely need to replace them at some point.  Well BGE says you are are your own.  You have to go to their vendor to get replacement of these probes.  Bad service in my opinion.  I report, you decide.

If it is the Maverick you can try these from Amazon.  I haven't had to much problem mine yet, but they do wear out.

I did not know BGE sold a wireless thermometer. I think BGE has licensed their name and brand for the vendor to use, so truly you buying a vendor product.
This can get confusing when needing a part, on know who to go too. I have not had to go thru the warranty process but I hear a lot of positive things with regard BGE in that respect.
