Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas.....for dinner tonight...

Well started out with a low and slow chicken breast cook......shredded and added green chile, chicken stock, cumin, s&p cream of chicken and sour cream. Rolled and folded in flour tortillas and topped with remaining sauce. Finished off with some Colby Jack and onto the egg it went.
  
Went with a plate setter legs down at 450. Set the CI platter directly on the PS. Added some mesquite to the coals and sat back anticipating joy.

Well it did not disappoint. @Richard Fl as promised.... 

I might have embellished a bit with my southeastern ways.....but it was dang good.
