......Had some Green Chile grits this morning. While I love both, I never would have put those two together. With all respect to you folks above the Mason Dixon Line, what a great combimation. I have not tried it at home yet, but the brunch restaurant opened the door. You southers and southwesterners need to try this. Let me know how it tuns out for ya.

    I haven't had green chile on grits yet, sounds like a great combo ('specially with some cheese!).  I grew up in the Dakotas, german/norwegian white food, but five years in Albuquerque had me eating hot chiles with breakfast every day, yum!
