Pork Picnic Shoulder

Did a 9.5 lb pork picnic bone-in shoulder yesterday turbo style. It was 99 cents a pound. Was on the large egg for 6.5 hours right around 300 degrees. Pulled it at 195 degrees internal temp., double foiled it, wrapped in towel and in a cooler for 1 more hour. Came out perfect! Hope this helps others out there. This forum is a huge help to me!
