picked up two racks at Fresh Market yesterday.  Interestingly enough... They had prime packer briskets for $6.99 That looked and felt great.  Unfortunately, I didn't have that kind of time today.  Anyway, trimmed and took the silver skin off and then rubbed in French's mustard and heavily dusted in custom rub last night.  Put them on today with a few hickory chunks at 2:30pm.  No rush... They're done when they're done.  Go Canes!
