That's beautiful!LBGE. Plate setter, PS Woo2, Flame Boss 200. Moorestown, South Jersey (about 15 min outside of Philly, Don't hold it against me. I would most likely rather live where you are)

LBGE & MM. Solid workhorse combo! Good looking set-up.
You've gotta take your MM on the road and egg out in God's country. It's a moral imperative After all the MM was designed for tailgating etc. Ours goes on the road at least once a week.LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL -

Seriously consider one or more vertical storage ideas. Either a simple full height slot or a full height pull out drawer with sides and half height front. On my Challenger Cart all of the shelves and the drawer are horizontal ... that means the *&%$ grid, stone or accessory that I need for the next cook is on the bottom of the pile.
In our kitchen we have a narrow, full-height cabinet on both sides of the oven. Cutting boards, large flat tins, cooking grids, drain boards, and large flat skillets go in there. Best cabinets in the house, 'cuz you don't have to dig through the stack to get to the item you need.

I like it. Seems as though it would be a great asset for cooking up appetizers while smoking on the LBGE. I currently use my gas grill for that, but this is a good idea for me to keep in mind down the road.
