Turkey and jack chile relleno

First time making rellenos from scratch and they were amazing!
Used some leftover smoked turkey breast and freshly grated Monterrey jack cheese, also mixed with some Mexican oregano, salt, pepper, and a little garlic.
Roasting the big jim chiles:

Stuffed and pinned closed:

Battered with flour then egg batter and fried, topped with a green chile sauce and a little more cheese:

Used some leftover smoked turkey breast and freshly grated Monterrey jack cheese, also mixed with some Mexican oregano, salt, pepper, and a little garlic.
