Was really looking at those hard. But when it came down to it and the time frame for delivery, I just went with another Pelican. The first one didn't let me down and I sold it for $100 dollars more than I paid. I shopped around and the price difference wasn't enough to wait until november.

No price break for preorder. Glad I passed on this. I'll wait and see if the quality is there.

Hope this is legit and not a ploy to get more $$ for legal support... which I doubt is the case, but Patent/Trademark lawsuit is really expensive to fight.  Hoping they did their homework and can weather this.  Looks like a great product at half the price as marketed.  Though unproven... Yeti is proven.  I may cancel my order and pay extra for what I know works.
